About The Thriving Mind Series
®
Based on Positive Intelligence, a framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, a Stanford lecturer and NY Times bestselling author, Positive Intelligence (often shortened to PQ) blends neuroscience, psychology, and performance science to explain how our minds can either work for us or against us.

The key is mental fitness: strengthening the neural pathways of your Sage brain and weakening those of the Saboteurs. This is done through simple, quick mental exercises called PQ Reps (Positive Intelligence Repetitions). PQ Reps are 10 second mindfulness-style practices that shift you from a stress-driven state into a calmer, more resourceful one—training your brain, just like a gym workout, but for your mind.

The best part? Because they blend seamlessly into your day, PQ tools are highly accessible and help transform how you show up in school, work, and life—without adding another to-do to your list.
The result?
Greater self-control, less stress, and more consistent peak performance—whether in parenting, leadership, relationships, or personal growth.
